Lucky Dreams is a Curaçao-licensed slots, live-casino and sportsbook brand run by Just Entertainment B.V. on the SoftSwiss platform. We rebuilt this review on 5 August 2026. Everything below was read from an internet exit inside Lebanon, against the operator’s own terms, bonus terms and payments pages, and against the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s public licence register.

Can you actually sign up from Lebanon?

Yes. The sign-up form works normally from a Lebanese connection, and it works better than most sites we test:

• Country pre-fills as Lebanon from your connection — you do not have to find it in a list.
• The dialling-code field auto-fills +961.
• The currency field offers USD, BTC, ETH, BCH, XRP, USDT, BNB, DOGE, TRX, ADA and LTC. That is US dollars plus ten cryptocurrencies — and no euro, even though the site quotes most of its limits in euros.
• The country list is a genuine regional one: alongside Lebanon it carries Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Sudan and the United Arab Emirates.

Lebanon is not on the restricted list either. Clause 3.3 of the terms bars users from the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Belarus, North Korea, China, Belgium, Portugal, Bulgaria, Curaçao, Cyprus, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Israel, Jersey, Taiwan and Russia. No Arab country appears on it. A separate, shorter list in the bonus terms — Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Moldova, the Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus and Ukraine — blocks bonuses rather than accounts, and again does not include Lebanon.

None of that speaks to legality. Gambling in Lebanon is legally confined to the state-licensed Casino du Liban, and online gambling sits in a grey area; in most other Arab countries it is prohibited outright. “Not restricted in the operator’s terms” and “lawful where you live” are two different things, and only the second one protects you.

Who runs Lucky Dreams, and under what licence

We had this wrong, and the correction matters. The previous version of this review said Lucky Dreams was operated by Dama N.V. under Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ2020-13. That is a master-licence-era number belonging to a different company, and it is no longer what the site says about itself.

The footer of the live site names Just Entertainment B.V., company number 160603, at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/164/0246. We did not take that on trust. The CGA publishes its online-gaming licence register as a PDF; in the edition dated 29 July 2026, entry 552 reads:

So the licence in the footer is real, current and matches the company named beside it — which is more than several sites we have checked this year can say. Casino Guru independently lists the same owner and operator, the SoftSwiss platform, and 2021 as the year of establishment; our page previously said 2020.

One thing in the footer we could not verify: a “Gamecheck Trust SEAL” badge. Its validation link opens a page that says the seal can only be checked through Gamecheck’s own mobile app. A trust mark that cannot be verified in a browser is not much of a trust mark.

The welcome bonus — and the cap we never printed

The operator does not advertise one welcome offer, it advertises two different ones depending on which of its pages you land on: “up to 10,000 €/$ + 500 free spins” on one of its entry pages, and “up to $7,777 + 300 free spins” on the Arabic/MENA entry page a Lebanese visitor is actually shown. Whichever headline you saw, the number that decides what you can walk away with is in the bonus terms, and we had never printed it:

Winnings from any deposit bonus are capped at 5,000 USD/EUR. Anything above that “may be forfeited” — including money made by playing on with bonus winnings.

A headline of “up to $7,777” against a hard 5,000 ceiling on what the bonus can pay you is the single most important fact on this page. The rest of the standard terms, read from the operator’s bonus terms page (last updated 16 July 2024):

Game contribution matters just as much as the multiple, because it decides how long 40x actually takes:

Read that table together with the 7-day limit: on blackjack, 40x at 10% contribution is effectively 400x, which nobody clears in a week at a 5 USD cap. This is a slots bonus, and only a slots bonus.

We have also removed the promotions the previous version of this review described in detail — the four-tier $500/$500/$1,000/$2,000 ladder with codes LUCKY2, LUCKY3 and LUCKY4, “Crazy Tuesday”, “Sunday Pick Lucky or Dreams”, “Friday Happy Hour”, the “Monthly Reload” and the seven-tier loyalty ladder ending in a $50,000 trip to Las Vegas. None of them appears on the operator’s current promotions page. Where a promotion is gone, quoting its bonus code is worse than saying nothing.

Payments, and the limits on getting paid

Read from the operator’s own payments page. Every method is listed fee-free:

Three things the previous version of this review got wrong here. It listed ecoPayz, iDebit and AstroPay — none of the three is on the operator’s method list today. It said the minimum withdrawal was $30 with a $300 minimum on bank transfers; the real figures are 20 EUR and 200 EUR. And it recorded the withdrawal limits as “N/A” when the operator publishes them:

For a Lebanese account those limits are worth reading twice, because your account currency will be USD or a cryptocurrency — the euro figures the site quotes elsewhere will not be the ones you are held to. A five-figure win is paid out over weeks, not days.

Games, and the parts of the site our review never mentioned

The lobby lists well over a hundred studios. The ones a player is most likely to recognise are Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, BGaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Novomatic, Games Global (the studio that took over Microgaming’s content), Play’n GO, Thunderkick, Push Gaming, EGT Digital and Endorphina. Note that Playtech is not among them, and “Microgaming” now supplies through Games Global — both of those appeared in our old copy.

Two whole sections of the site never appeared in our review at all:

• A sportsbook, promoted on the front page with its own welcome offer (“100% free bets up to 100 €/$”). Our previous copy discussed only casino games.
• A full Arabic interface at luckydreams.com/ar/ — a genuine right-to-left site, not a machine-translated shell, with the welcome offer, menus and payment strip all in Arabic.

The language switcher offers English (with Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, Norwegian and Arabic-region variants), Norwegian, German (Austria and Switzerland), French (Canada and Switzerland), Finnish and Arabic. Our page previously claimed Hindi, Czech, Italian and Russian support: none of those locales exists, and Italy and Russia are both restricted countries.

What the independent record says

Casino Guru rates Lucky Dreams 6.6 / 10, “above average”, with “Good” user feedback across 52 reviews. It judges the terms “mostly fair” with 5 flagged issues — a better verdict than most of the brands we cover. It records 3 complaints directly about this casino and 4 about related casinos, totalling 2,588 black points, of which 615 come from the related brands. It also flags two limitations we would repeat: live chat is only available after you register, and there is a maximum daily win limitation.

Verdict — 3.5 / 5

This is a solid mid-table operator: a real, current, correctly-attributed Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, an above-average independent safety score, terms judged mostly fair, more than a hundred game studios, a sportsbook, USD and ten cryptocurrencies available to a Lebanese account, a genuine Arabic site and a sign-up form that pre-fills Lebanon and +961 without being asked. That is a better regional posture than every Baytree-family brand we reviewed last week, none of which will let a Lebanese reader complete registration at all.

Two things are worth knowing before you claim the welcome offer, and neither is unusual for the market. Bonus winnings are capped at 5,000, the wagering is 40x within 7 days at a 5 USD maximum bet, and only slots contribute in full — so treat it as a slots bonus and pick your games accordingly. Withdrawals run to USD 4,000 a day, which matters only if you hit a five-figure win.

For a Lebanese reader that adds up to one of the more usable options we cover: you can actually open an account, hold it in dollars or crypto, and read the site in Arabic. Go in for the game library and the live casino rather than for the headline bonus number.
