Correction (2 August 2026): both of this review’s headline warnings were wrong
The wagering is 35x, not 70x. We cited the general bonus floor in clause 5.7 of the terms. The welcome offer has its own promotion terms, and they say 35x with a worked example — deposit 100, receive a 100 bonus, play through 3,500. The terms state that promotion-specific rules prevail where the two conflict. 70x applies to free spins granted outside the welcome package, which are then capped at 100 credits (clause 5.7.1).
And we cannot substantiate “a pattern of withdrawal-speed complaints”. On paper, you are welcome. Ruby Fortune’s restricted-country clause (1.1.2.2), which we read in full, does not list Lebanon — nor Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia or Libya. In practice, the form stops you. We opened auth.rubyfortune.com from a Beirut connection, through our own link, and selected Lebanon. The form recognises the country perfectly well — it fills the dialling code in as +961. But the Currency field, which is marked required, returned no options at all. There is nothing to select, so the form cannot be submitted.
Because one negative result can be a glitch, we ran controls in the same session and across the region:

It is not this brand. We ran the same test on Spin Casino and Platinum Play the same day, and had already published it for Royal Vegas and JackpotCity. All five return the same answer: Lebanon, no currency. This is a group-wide Baytree policy, not a quirk of one site.
What it means for you. The site loads, the games display, the $750 package is advertised and the sign-up button works — the process only fails at the last step. Do not spend time filling in the form. The form also warns that the currency cannot be changed once registration is complete, and the terms let the casino close any account that does not match its registration conditions, so working around it is not a route we would suggest either.
None of this is a statement about legality. Gambling in Lebanon is legally confined to the state-licensed Casino du Liban, and online gambling sits in a legal grey area; in most other Arab countries it is prohibited outright. “Not restricted in the operator’s terms” and “lawful where you live” are two different things, and only the second one protects you.

The terms name the operator precisely: Baytree Interactive Ltd, a Guernsey-registered company (number 69691), “authorized and licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, License number: 00892 (issued 16 February 2022)”. They add that every transaction takes place in Canada, where the principal servers sit, and that the governing law is that of the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake. 35x is an ordinary requirement — around the market norm and lighter than several brands we rate. On its own it makes this a reasonable offer.
What decides its value is the clause underneath. Clear the full $750 at 35x and you have staked $26,250; the 6×-first-deposit cap then sets your ceiling.
