One detail worth knowing: a withdrawal made without any real-money play attracts a €5 fee, so the cashier is not a place to park money.

Two things trip up a first cash-out, and both are easy to clear. An active bonus blocks it — check Cashier → Active Bonuses and finish or forfeit before you request.
