Agent Ace is a JILI crime-caper slot from October 2021. JILI’s own pitch sets the scene: “The City of Sin needs a hero to come out and fight crime!” The game plays on five reels and three rows with 25 paylines, and its hook is the Ace Agent feature, which turns the bad-guy symbols on the reels into Wilds, sometimes with a ×2 or ×3 attached. In the free game it gets stronger: Ace Agent fires every time, and collected Wilds upgrade symbols into Golden Wilds for the rest of the round. JILI rates it low–medium volatility with a maximum win of 1,000× the bet.

How Agent Ace Pays

Agent Ace is a conventional line slot underneath the story. Matching symbols pay along 25 fixed paylines on a 5×3 grid, from the leftmost reel, and Wilds stand in for the paying symbols to complete lines.

What makes the game is how many Wilds it can create mid-spin, and that is the Ace Agent feature.

The Ace Agent Feature

In the base game. When bad-guy symbols land, there is a chance the Ace Agent feature triggers. The agent takes the bad guys out and each one is converted into a Wild, which can turn a dead spin into several winning lines at once. According to JILI, the Wilds created this way “has a chance to trigger X2 and X3 effects”, multiplying the win they are part of.

In the free game. Here the feature is guaranteed: JILI states the free game “will definitely trigger” Ace Agent, so every free spin adds Wilds. The Wilds are also collected. Reach the required number and specified symbols are replaced by Golden Wilds until the free game ends, and the collection also adds rounds to the free game. JILI’s description presents this as the way the free game builds towards its biggest rewards.

Triggering the Free Game

Three or more scatter symbols anywhere on the reels start the free game. Once inside, Ace Agent fires on every free spin and any Golden Wilds carry through to the end of the round.

RTP, Volatility and Maximum Win

JILI does not publish an RTP for Agent Ace. Review sites list 97% and 96.5%, which is consistent with the game running at different settings on different sites. The figure that applies to you is in the game’s information screen at the casino where you play.

JILI rates the volatility low–medium and the maximum win 1,000×. You may see higher maximums quoted on some review sites, including 5,000×; JILI’s own game page gives 1,000×, and that is the figure to plan around. Claims of a progressive jackpot in Agent Ace do not appear anywhere in JILI’s description of the game.

Is Agent Ace Approved in the Philippines?

Yes. Agent Ace is on PAGCOR’s list of JILI electronic games approved by its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department (the edition dated 19 May 2026), under the same game ID JILI uses, 115.
