The Philippine regulator, PAGCOR, publishes a list of every electronic game its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department has approved, studio by studio. It is the most complete public inventory of JILI’s catalogue that exists, and it is worth more than any marketing page because a game only appears once it has actually been evaluated.

The JILI list dated 19 May 2026 runs to eight pages and 217 entries. Here is how it breaks down:

One detail from that list is genuinely useful when you are looking a game up: PAGCOR records each title’s JILI game ID, and those IDs match the ones JILI uses on its own site. Money Coming is game 51, Super Ace is 49, Fortune Gems is 109, Golden Empire is 103. If two casinos label the same game slightly differently, the ID settles it.

The flagship games, and what JILI publishes about them

JILI gives each game its own information page listing the maximum win as a multiple of your stake, a volatility band, the number of paylines or ways to win, and the month it was published. These are the studio’s own figures, not an estimate:

Two things in that table are worth pausing on. The first is how far apart the max wins are: the original Fortune Gems caps out at 375 times your stake, while its 2026 successor Fortune Gems 500 goes to 12,500x. The second is that a low-to-medium volatility band and a 10,000x ceiling can sit on the same game. Super Ace is built on cascading eliminations that pay small and often, with the huge multiplier only reachable through a long chain in the free game. The headline number describes the best possible outcome, not a typical session.

What JILI does not publish — and where to find it

JILI’s own game pages give you max win, volatility, paylines and release date. They do not publish an RTP figure. That is not unusual for studios serving multiple markets, because many games ship with several configurable RTP settings and the operator chooses which one to run.

So if RTP matters to you — and for a game you play regularly it should — read it inside the game itself at the casino you are using, not from a third-party list. Open the game, tap the menu or the ‘i’ icon, and the paytable screen states the RTP that particular casino has enabled. The sequels: which Super Ace or Fortune Gems is which

• Golden Empire — 2 approved versions: Golden Empire and Golden Empire 2.

This matters more than it sounds. Search results and casino lobbies frequently mix the versions up, and a demo labelled “Fortune Gems” may well be Fortune Gems 3. Check the title screen before you judge a game on numbers you read somewhere else.

Fishing and arcade games

The 35 arcade-type titles are the part of JILI’s catalogue that has no equivalent at most European studios, and they split into two quite different groups.

Fishing shooters — All Star Fishing, Mega Fishing, Royal Fishing, Happy Fishing, Jackpot Fishing, Ocean King Jackpot, Dragon Fortune, Boom Legend and the two Dinosaur Tycoon games — put you behind a cannon at the bottom of an aquarium. Demo credits behave the same as real ones mechanically, but the sample is tiny.
